Services. Second Chance Heating & Cooling provides Coil Cleaning, Duct Cleaning, HVAC Maintenance, HVAC System Replacement, Mini Split Repair and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Second Chance Heating & Cooling and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Second Chance Heating & Cooling makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation. In no event will Second Chance Heating & Cooling's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Second Chance Heating & Cooling from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in CA.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
